Each External Generator Log record has related child records of the Transaction object that store more detailed information on generated documents. Each generated document has its own Transaction record. Additionally, each Transaction record has related child records of the Signature object, which stores information on Signing Parties taking part in the Signing Process.

  1. Transaction Name – auto created name of the record.
  2. External Generator Log – parent record.
  3. Template Configuration – related Template Configuration record.
  4. Merge To Single Document – field indicating whether or not the document has been merged.
  5. Document was deleted – field indicating if the document has been deleted and then restored.
  6. Can be signed without reviewing – whether or not Internal Users can sign documents from the Documents panel without opening Signing Page
  7. Transaction Finished – field indicating if the re-try generation process has ended.
  8. Status – status of the Transaction record:
    • Draft – Transaction record has been created but document tokens are still being processed
    • New – not sent for generation yet
    • Preview – preview of the final document has been generated by user
    • Sent – document sent for generation (only for documents without signature tokens)
    • Failed – document generation unsuccessful
    • Succeeded – document generated successfully
    • Pending – post-generation action is in progress
    • Partial Succeeded – document generated successfully but post-generation action failed
    • Signature Declined – a Signing Party has declined to sign the document
    • Extension Requested – a Signing Party requested the deadline for signatures to be extended
    • Awaiting Signatures – sent to server, waiting for all signatures to be collected (only for documents with signature tokens)
    • Signature Expired – deadline for signatures have passed and at least one Signing Party has not signed yet
    • Dispatch Failed – notification dispatch unsuccessful (only for documents with associated Branch Config and defined notifications)
  9. Actions Status – status of the post-generation actions.

  12. Attempts – number of re-generation attempts
  13. Data To Fill (1-6) & Metadata To Fill – Salesforce data & Metadata pulled into Aveneer Tokens’ place
  14. Document Due Date – expiration date of a document awaiting signatures
  15. Document Name – name of the document defined on the related Template Configuration record.
  16. Document Extension – format of the generated document.
  17. Document URL – link redirecting Users to the record page of the Content Document record page of the generated document.
  18. Requires Certificate – whether or not a additional certificate is required
  19. Certificate URL – link redirecting Users to a generated, additional certifficate
  20. Merge Certificate – a field specifying if generated certificate should be merged with the main document
  21. Error Message
  22. Manual Tokens – Manual Tokens detected in the docx template
  23. Document Expired – whether or not the document awaiting signatures has reached its expiration date
  24. Signatures – child object containing details of the signing parties
  25. Transaction History – related list with the record’s history (updates)
