Aveneer is able to generate documents containing Salesforce data thanks to two components:

• DOCX template – a document in .docx format which reflects the final version of generated documents. Any formatting defined in the template will be transferred into generated documents. Aveneer Tokens should be inserted into such template in places where Salesforce data is required. DOCX templates may contain static images, the most common supported formats are JPF, PNG, GIF, BMP & TIFF.
• Template Configuration records – the main object of the Aveneer application. Aveneer Tokens from an uploaded DOCX template are collected and displayed under the Configuration section on the Template Configuration record page. Once those tokens are mapped to specific Salesforce fields and the Template Configuration record is activated, Users can proceed with document generation.
