While creating a new Template Configuration, Users may choose “Multiple Records Template Configuration” Record Type. It allows retrieving data from many records and inserting them into a single page of a generated document where it would be then stored in pre-designed format, as shown in the example below. It should be noted that all tokens within 1 cell must have their names end with the same number. Each cell may have only one assigned number.

The number of cells per page is defined during creation of the docx template. If the number of records selected for the document generation is smaller than the number of cells, then unpopulated cells will be left blank. If that number is greater, then additional pages are automatically generated. A document generated this way is stored in the “Files” object in the “Shared with Me/Owned by Me” folder.
