External Generator Logs is an object which stores records of every transaction between Aveneer and the external server. It has a related child object called “Transactions”, where the administrator can find all the information regarding each of the transactions. Logs are created automatically and stored within the system.

There are two buttons available on the External Generator Log record page:

• Retry Failed Transactions – it collects related Transaction records where Status field is equal to “Failed” and gives the ability to manually re-attempt to generate documents.

• Progress Status – it re-renders the Progression Bar which allows Users to download or delete all documents generated under the parent External Generator Log.

Each Transaction record, if Signature Flow is enabled, also has related child object Signature. This object stores data on Signing Parties taking part in the given Signature Process.
